This chocolate cold foam latte delivers everything that makes a coffee shop favorite so irresistible — creamy foam, rich chocolate flavor, and a smooth espresso base — made right at home with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream (or substitute with 2 tablespoons whole milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 teaspoon Cheerific Chocolate Superfood
  • 1–2 shots freshly brewed espresso
  • Almond milk or oat milk, to taste
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Brew 1–2 shots of espresso and set aside.
  2. Add the cream (or milk), vanilla syrup, and Cheerific to a large cup or glass. Use a handheld milk frother to whip the mixture until it becomes light, airy, and roughly doubles in volume. Set aside.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the espresso over the ice. Add almond milk or oat milk to reach your desired strength.
  4. Spoon or pour the chocolate cold foam over the latte and enjoy immediately.
