Returns & Refunds

At Cheerific, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.


Return Eligibility

We offer refunds on products returned within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To begin a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at care@cheerific.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.


Return Instructions

  1. Securely pack the merchandise, preferably in its original packaging.

  2. Include your Return Authorization (RA) number, along with the billing name and address associated with your order.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by Cheerific.

  4. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Cheerific is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Products received more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund and will not be returned.


Bulk Order Refund Policy

Bulk orders of 12 or more bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the products are unopened and in resalable condition. Approved returns are subject to a 15% processing fee.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.


Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible at care@cheerific.com.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
