This Guilt-Free Chocolate Banana Bread is moist, chocolatey, naturally sweetened, and boosted with two scoops of Cheerific Chocolate Elixir. With wholesome ingredients like oat flour, ripe bananas, and warm cinnamon, it’s the perfect better-for-you treat for breakfast, dessert, or a cozy afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups oat flour OR whole grain flour
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup (vanilla-infused optional)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 scoops Cheerific Chocolate Elixir
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add all wet ingredients (maple syrup, eggs, bananas, and milk) and mix.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients (oat flour/whole grain flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder, Cheerific).
- Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Use an electric mixer on low for best results.
- The batter will be thick and sticky. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
