This Maple Chocolate Pudding is a quick, no-cook treat made with Cheerific, chia seeds, and creamy almond milk. It thickens up in minutes into a rich, spoonable pudding you can top with berries, dark chocolate, or a dash of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Cheerific
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
  • Optional toppings: dark chocolate shavings, berries, cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add almond milk to a bowl or jar.
  2. Whisk in Cheerific, chia seeds, and maple syrup or monk fruit (if using) until smooth and well combined.
  3. Let sit for 5–10 minutes, stirring once or twice as it thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
  4. Top with dark chocolate shavings, berries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy immediately or chill for a thicker pudding.
