This Maple Chocolate Pudding is a quick, no-cook treat made with Cheerific, chia seeds, and creamy almond milk. It thickens up in minutes into a rich, spoonable pudding you can top with berries, dark chocolate, or a dash of cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Cheerific
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- Optional: 1/2 tsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
- Optional toppings: dark chocolate shavings, berries, cinnamon
Directions
- Add almond milk to a bowl or jar.
- Whisk in Cheerific, chia seeds, and maple syrup or monk fruit (if using) until smooth and well combined.
- Let sit for 5–10 minutes, stirring once or twice as it thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
- Top with dark chocolate shavings, berries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy immediately or chill for a thicker pudding.
