These No-Bake Chocolate Krispies are crunchy, chewy, and naturally sweetened — made with puffed quinoa or brown rice cereal, almond butter, maple syrup, and two scoops of Cheerific for a chocolate superfood upgrade. They come together in minutes and make the perfect snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups puffed quinoa or brown rice cereal
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 scoops Cheerific
Directions
- Heat the almond butter and maple syrup in a small saucepan until warm and smooth.
- Stir in the Cheerific until fully dissolved and combined.
- Add the puffed quinoa or cereal and mix until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill for about 30 minutes until set.
- Cut into bars, squares, or fun shapes and enjoy!
