These No-Bake Chocolate Krispies are crunchy, chewy, and naturally sweetened — made with puffed quinoa or brown rice cereal, almond butter, maple syrup, and two scoops of Cheerific for a chocolate superfood upgrade. They come together in minutes and make the perfect snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups puffed quinoa or brown rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 scoops Cheerific

Directions

  1. Heat the almond butter and maple syrup in a small saucepan until warm and smooth.
  2. Stir in the Cheerific until fully dissolved and combined.
  3. Add the puffed quinoa or cereal and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Chill for about 30 minutes until set.
  6. Cut into bars, squares, or fun shapes and enjoy!
