These Salted Caramel Cheerific Balls are chewy, chocolatey, and perfectly sweet thanks to naturally caramel-like Medjool dates and a scoop of Cheerific. They’re the ideal quick treat to keep in the fridge — a couple of bites are enough to crush your dessert craving without a sugar crash.

Make a batch in about 10 minutes and store them for grab-and-go snacking, an after-dinner dessert, or a pre-workout bite with a little functional bliss built in. ✨

Ingredients

  • 6 Medjool dates (soaked)
  • 1 scoop @cheerific_official
  • 1 tbsp nut butter + extra for filling (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cherry extract or chopped dried cherries (optional)
  • Flaky salt
  • Chocolate for melting

Optional Add-Ins & Notes

  • Use any nut or seed butter you love (almond, cashew, peanut, sunflower, etc.).
  • Cherry extract or dried cherries add a fruity twist, but you can omit if you prefer straight salted caramel vibes.
  • Choose dark, milk, or dairy-free chocolate depending on your preference.

Directions

  1. Blend the soaked dates, nut butter, and cherry extract (if using) until smooth, sticky, and moldable. If the mixture feels too soft, chill it in the fridge for a few minutes.
  2. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls or press into small squares.
  3. (Optional) Flatten slightly, add a dab of your favorite nut butter in the center, and roll back into a ball to seal.
  4. Melt the chocolate and dip each ball until fully coated. Let any excess drip off.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined plate, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
