These Salted Caramel Cheerific Balls are chewy, chocolatey, and perfectly sweet thanks to naturally caramel-like Medjool dates and a scoop of Cheerific. They’re the ideal quick treat to keep in the fridge — a couple of bites are enough to crush your dessert craving without a sugar crash.
Make a batch in about 10 minutes and store them for grab-and-go snacking, an after-dinner dessert, or a pre-workout bite with a little functional bliss built in. ✨
Ingredients
- 6 Medjool dates (soaked)
- 1 scoop @cheerific_official
- 1 tbsp nut butter + extra for filling (optional)
- 1 tbsp cherry extract or chopped dried cherries (optional)
- Flaky salt
- Chocolate for melting
Optional Add-Ins & Notes
- Use any nut or seed butter you love (almond, cashew, peanut, sunflower, etc.).
- Cherry extract or dried cherries add a fruity twist, but you can omit if you prefer straight salted caramel vibes.
- Choose dark, milk, or dairy-free chocolate depending on your preference.
Directions
- Blend the soaked dates, nut butter, and cherry extract (if using) until smooth, sticky, and moldable. If the mixture feels too soft, chill it in the fridge for a few minutes.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls or press into small squares.
- (Optional) Flatten slightly, add a dab of your favorite nut butter in the center, and roll back into a ball to seal.
- Melt the chocolate and dip each ball until fully coated. Let any excess drip off.
- Place on a parchment-lined plate, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
