Ingredients
- (3) tablespoons PB2 peanut butter powder, mixed with water
- (2) tablespoons coconut oil, warmed
- (3–4) scoops Cheerific powdered chocolate
- Peanuts (optional), for topping
- Dates, pitted (as needed for bars)
Directions
- Cut your dates in half and remove pits if needed.
- Mix PB2 peanut butter powder with water until creamy.
- Warm the coconut oil and stir in Cheerific powdered chocolate to form a smooth coating.
- Spread the peanut butter all over the dates, cover with the chocolate mixture, and sprinkle on peanuts (optional).
- Chill until set (about 2 hours), then cut into bars and serve.
