(A high-fiber snack for quick energy)

These peanut butter and chocolate energy balls are the perfect no-bake snack when something quick, satisfying, and nourishing is needed. Made with just a handful of pantry staples, they come together in minutes and are ideal for a small batch — or easily doubled or tripled for the week ahead.

Yield

Makes 3 energy balls (perfect for a quick snack). Feel free to double or triple the recipe to batch prep.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oats
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Cheerific Chocolate Superfood
  • Optional: a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, and Cheerific (and optional honey). Stir until fully mixed. If the mixture feels too dry or crumbly, add a bit more peanut butter until it sticks together easily.
  2. Once the mixture reaches a soft, moldable texture, roll it into three evenly sized balls.
  3. Enjoy immediately, or place the energy balls in the fridge for a short time to firm up before indulging.

Why These Are a High-Fiber Snack

These energy balls deliver a satisfying fiber boost thanks to the combination of oats and Cheerific. Oats provide naturally occurring fiber that supports digestion and helps keep hunger in check, while Cheerific adds additional fiber along with gut-supporting superfoods and nutrients. Together, they create a snack that supports digestion, promotes fullness, and delivers steady energy — making these energy balls as functional as they are delicious.
